Kololi is The Gambia's busiest resort area. Its best-known stretch is the Senegambia strip, a short road lined with restaurants and bars that leads down to the beach and the larger beachfront hotels.
Bijilo Forest Park borders the area to the south, so you can walk from the restaurants to a nature trail with monkeys and birdlife in a few minutes.
